An industrial consortium

Prove it whereit has to work

Quantum Hub connects operational needs inside major industrial groups with technology that is ready to be tested. We frame the need, find the technology, design the test, run it in the environment where it has to perform, and hand both sides evidence they can decide on.

An industrial consortium built to test

Quantum Hub is wholly owned by the Taavura-Livnat Group and operates as a shared platform for a group of industrial partners.

A written answer, against criteria agreed in advance

Before anything is built, both sides write down what success looks like. The final report states objectives, setup, test plan, results per scenario, conclusions and recommendations.

01

Criteria first

Pass conditions are defined per test scenario before testing begins.

02

Real environments

Testing can take place in industrial facilities and operating environments appropriate to the question.

03

An answer either way

Results that do not support a rollout are reported as clearly as results that do.

the model

We match technology to need — and we build the test ourselves

We scout and match, and then do the engineering: fabricating mounts, routing wiring, integrating sensors, standing up an isolated test network and instrumenting a vehicle. The match is useful only if someone can build the test.

how it runs

Five stages, from need to decision

Each stage carries context forward so the startup, partner and test team arrive with one shared definition of success.

01

Operational need

The partner states the operational problem. We frame it into something testable.

  • Operational problem
  • Testable question
02

Global scouting

Once the need is framed, we search globally, assess candidates technically and put a short list in front of the people who will host the test.

03

Partner match

The startup and partner define the question, test and criteria.

04

Field POC

Integration, instrumentation and testing happen in the environment where the technology has to perform.

Results are reported per scenario against the criteria set before testing.

Scale what works

The partner decides whether to take it further, test again with a changed scope, or stop.

Representative challenges

These are examples of the kind of operational need we frame and test against. They are not open calls.

These categories describe the kind of work we do. They are not current opportunities, they carry no deadline, and applying against one does not create a live process. When we run an open call we will say so explicitly and date it.

Our case library is being prepared for publication

Each case is reviewed with the startup and the partner before we publish it. In the meantime, the method behind them is documented in full.

SPARK: a POC runway with a partner who wants the answer

SPARK is a thirteen-week programme for MVP+ startups. It is equity-free and there is no participation fee. Application dates are not currently published.

test capability

A workshop, an instrumented vehicle, and access to working sites

Our workshop builds mounts, wiring, power, integration and isolated test networks. The instrumented Kia EV6 provides a vehicle platform, and partner environments support tests that cannot be simulated.

Start with the need, not the technology

If you run an operation with a problem worth testing, or you have built something that needs to prove itself in the field, the conversation starts the same way.
